Hi all,

Sharing today an excerpt from hot, sensual romance Too Much Into You. Enjoy.

He bent and planted his lips on the nape of her neck.

A shudder passed through her. His hands were firm and slightly rough through her thin shirt, but oh so warm. All around her was the warmth of his closeness and his touch. Resistance was futile. With a surrendering moan, she turned in his embrace and wound her arms around his neck. Somehow, he was kissing her with a passion that seemed to be pouring through them, a sexual want that grew hotter as she melded against him.

They broke off simply because her lungs lost all air. And in that instant, she caught a twine of reality and stepped out of his cinching embrace.

‘Mel…’

‘Glad to know you missed me too.’ His words rasped against her senses. How easily she’d stepped into his embrace. How easily betrayed that she’d been aching for him to touch her again. And now the full force of it swept her along with the knowledge that this would not be easy to fight free of.

‘It was hard to concentrate on work. I saw you and marveled how focused you were. Took a lot of goodwill and determination to walk away and let you finish.’

Did he know how the words, the wry humor threaded through them, affected her pulse?

‘Let’s eat first though,’ he added.

First. The implication made heat climb along her skin.

Too many book projects spoil the wip

Hi everyone,

Writers spin stories and that’s their art. A creative mind is always bubbling with ideas like a witch’s cauldron, with day to day inspiration adding up like various ingredients and coming up with magical concoction which are the plots or plot twists.

It is not surprising then that often such a mind is pulled in two or more directions.

I write romance and sometimes I find angsty situations and characters neing generated by random unconnected things that happen around me. Do you find yourself nodding sympathetically? Then you know how it feels when you start with characters A and B and are involved in working out their conflict and suddenly characters X and Y appear and start talking in your head ao you have to listen to them and then write their story too.

Recently I was working on Darker Than Desire, my upcoming book and I read a story call and immediately rwo new characters appeared. I found them so exciting that I began to work out their story kinks and forgot about Khaled and Rashida, whose story I was relating. But then I would open the wip file and again become engrossed in it. On the top of that, a very intriguing character Haaziq, appeared in Darker Than Desire and told me in no uncertain terms that he too expected a novel all of his own.

Mix up all that and you have one confused author. Which story should I finish first?

The most tempting to write is – any guesses? – the newest one. As humans our mind is attracted to novelty and hence we wanted to test new things.

But writing the newest one would also be most time consuming. No matter if it looks like this novel is going to fly all out and write itself, it simply won’t happen. You’ll have to work on it as much as you have at others.

So if you are very attracted, then devote some time in the day to the new project. But under no conditions should you put your wip on the shelf. The best thing to do is, to finish the story you are closest to finishing.

That’s it. That’s a piece of advice worth repeating. Finish the story you are closest to finishing.

I also have another piece of advice which I borrowed from another writer somewhere on the net. At a time, a busy writer should have three projects in the pipeline: One being planned, one being written and third being published or marketed as the case maybe.

So when more than one story pulls at you, you should wait until one story outruns them all. But if you are far ahead in the current book, then finish it before going to the next one.

Stay tuned for the cover reveal of Darker Than Desire. It’s an exciting Sheikh romance, set in an Arabian kingdom called Enzra. Khaled and Rashida find themselves caught up in politics and intrigue, while discovering sizzling attraction and unravelling the mystery of love. It will be released very soon.

Leaving you with a link for my first book, Too Much Into You, just released sensual romance. If you love erotic romance tastefully written, don’t miss this one.

New Cover #TooMuchIntoYou #Makeover

Hi people!

I’m super excited to share the new cover – and new title – of my book. I wasn’t happy with the old one so I switched over to covers supplied by cover creator over at Amazon kdp. While it wasn’t a smashing hit, it filled the gap till I could get a new cover.

In this process, I got to know that Amazon has a great cover creator. Easy to use and producing rapid results. You can even use your own owned pictures. Amazon supplies some also. In any case, self publishing has become very, very accessible and feasible due to Amazon kdp.

Of course, if you have the time and inclination, a professionally done cover is the thing to have.

So here’s the cover for my book, now available at Amazon.

Too Much Into You is a sensual, small town romance. It is set in India and has sweet and hot combined.

Take a look.
